What’s great about engagements? It is that it’s not only about starting a new chapter in life together. It’s also the anticipation of the big day. Newly engaged couples can enjoy this time as they plan for their future. With the Johnson Ranch Golf Engagement Rocklin, Ca. I was so happy to be asked by Lily and Dawson to do photos. It was a heartwarming experience taking these photographs.
One of the best things about this photograph is the way that they are lovingly looking into each other’s eyes. This love is so pure that it will be a strong foundation for their future together. The landscape at this location was gorgeous and I particularly enjoy how there are bold purples tree in the background. It breaks up all of the green. They are happily embracing in this stunning photo.
Dawson is happy in this image as Lily looks on behind him. She is looking adoringly at her soon-to-be husband. There is a lot of love between this couple and I think that they are going to have an amazing future together.
Another loving embrace is captured here in this image. The way that this couple looks at each other is truly magical. They are so happy in this moment and you can really tell by looking at this picture. Exciting things are coming for this newly engaged couple.

Dawson and Lily are embracing lovingly. Lily and Dawson are happy to be planning for their future together. Lily is absolutely glowing in this photograph.
The last image was so sweet and pure that I needed to get a closer shot of Lily’s smile and her glowing face. She is elated to be planning her wedding with Dawson and he looks just as excited for what the future holds for them. It all starts with love and this couple has plenty of love between them.
When you are in such a gorgeous location called Johnson Ranch Golf Course, you have to take a picture of this picturesque landscape to show the big picture. The bold green colors of the golf course along with the beautiful water reflections make a breath-taking backdrop for this image. Even from the distance you can clearly see the joy on this couple’s face.
It brings me so much joy to take engagement photos for couples as they are on this incredible journey to their big day. Working with Lily and Dawson for an awesome moment like this was an honor. I’m very grateful for this opportunity.
